All of us are on a journey. We believe that this journey is about hearing Jesus' voice and following Him.
Yet this world that God created is marred in sin and brokenness. None of us are exempt from this sin sickness.
Other things internally and externally tempt us away from hearing His voice and walking in His steps.
We are both victims of and contributors to the brokenness that exists in this world.
All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God's paths to follow our own.
Yet the Lord laid on him the sins of us all.
Isaiah 53:6 (New Living Translation)
Through Jesus' life, death, and resurrection, those who admit their sin and cry out to God for help are saved by Christ's innocent blood shed on the cross and given new life. We have a real and certain hope now and for eternity!
Regardless of where you have been and what you have done, the grace and forgiveness that come through Jesus are for you! He wants you to know Him, hear His voice, and follow Him. He wants to teach you His ways and guide your steps. He wants others to meet Him and grow in Him too.
And all throughout our lives, we are always "in process." The spiritual journey continues...
